We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Return Contact us at customer-service@lyypet.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are covered by Lyypet. We'll provide a prepaid return label once your return is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging are not eligible for return.
